Terms of Service

I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
I, as the artist, reserve the right to post finished picture on social media. I will tag the commissioner only if they specifically ask for that.Private commissions are possible, but I charge an extra 10% on the final price for the image (I will not stream drawing or post the image to any of my galleries, discord servers etc…).If I accept your commission idea, you will be put in a queue with other commissioners, I will message you that you got the spot immediately, and I will message you once again when I start working on your commission. If the commission needs to be done by a specific date, I will do my best to move you up in the list, but it will require an additional rush fee depending on the amount of work and how fast it needs to be done.Please be patient with me, I draw slowly, I’m in university and work in parallel, I will try to get to everyone in the queue in reasonable time, but if you feel like it takes too long, just DM me and we can stop the commission, no hard feelings ^^Payment is expected in full via Paypal only. The price will be set before the drawing process starts and I will send an invoice after the initial sketch is approved for lineart. All payment will be done in USD. Once you receive the invoice, I expect payment within 5 business days. I will not work anymore on the drawing until the payment is received.
Refunds are not possible after the sketch was approved for linework. If you paid upfront before I showed any work and wish to get a refund, I am more than happy to pay back in full.Changes to the drawing:
You can ask me to change or fix certain aspects of the image during each WIP stage as follows:Sketch: large details (number of fingers, ear shape, etc), proportions and expressions, pose of the character(s).Lineart: all the small/medium details of your character/s (shape of the fingers, eyebrows, nose, etc)Flat colors: color palette, patterns, markings and other similar color related details
Small changes will not be charged if done during the appropriate stage (3 max per stage), larger changes, or changes made after its appropriate stage had already been approved will be charged depending on complexity.
