If you’re planning on commissioning me, please read the following information carefully.
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.If anything is unclear or you need extra info, feel free to DM me anytime! :3
General InformationI reserve the right to update or adjust my TOS and prices at any time. If I make major changes, I’ll make a public post so everyone stays informed.I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.I draw both SFW and NSFW artwork. If you're unsure whether your idea fits my comfort zone, just ask!For examples of my work, please check my gallery. This will give you a good idea of my usual quality and style.If you’re interested in commercial-use artwork, please contact me directly — commercial pricing differs significantly.
Private commissions are available.A +10% fee is added to the final price.Private commissions will not be streamed, posted, or shared on any of my platforms (social media, Discord servers, galleries, etc.).If you want to remain anonymous (name not mentioned in the description), just tell me — there is no extra charge for anonymity.
Once I accept your idea, I’ll confirm your spot in the queue.I will notify you twice:When you officially get the slot.When I begin working on your piece.Delivery time varies depending on complexity, my schedule, and how quickly you respond to WIPs.
I’m a slow artist + I’m in university and work IRL, so please be patient with me 🩵If you need your commission finished by a specific deadline, please tell me beforehand.
A rush fee will apply depending on urgency and workload.If at any point you feel the process is taking too long, you're welcome to message me — we can pause or cancel the commission with no hard feelings. ^^
Payment is PayPal only, in USD, and must be paid in full.I will set the final price before I start drawing.You will receive a PayPal invoice after the sketch is approved for lineart.Once the invoice is sent, payment is expected within 5 business days.Work will not continue until payment is received.
If you have paid before I show any work, you may request a full refund.After the sketch is approved and I move into lineart, refunds are no longer possible.If for any reason I cancel the commission, I will issue a refund proportionate to the amount of work completed.
You may request changes during each stage as follows:Sketch StageMajor elements such as:
poses, proportions, expressions, number of fingers, ear shape, body structure, etc.Lineart StageMedium/small anatomical details:
finger shapes, markings outline, eyebrows, nose shapes, hair details, etc.Flat Colors StageColor changes only:
palette adjustments, markings, patterns, hue shifts, etc.Rendered StageFinal polish, highlights, minor texture fixes, small detail adjustments.
Up to 3 free changes per stage (within reason).Large changes or changes made after a stage has been approved will require an extra fee depending on complexity.You may change your commission idea only if I have not started working yet — the new idea must still fit my posted commission guidelines.
You are allowed to:Repost the finished artwork (with credit/link back to my gallery).Crop or resize the artwork for avatars, icons, banners, etc.Print the artwork for personal, non-commercial use.Request the full-resolution file if you need it in a specific format.You are not allowed to:Use the artwork for commercial purposes unless we have agreed on commercial rights.Resell the artwork (except in the case of a character sale, where art may be included as part of character value).
Unless the commission is marked private, I reserve the right to:Post the finished piece on my social media or galleries.Use the artwork for portfolios, commission examples, and promotional material.I may refuse any commission idea that I’m not comfortable drawing.I may cancel a commission at any time if necessary, with a refund appropriate to the work completed.
